Bollywood party this Saturday!
Hey folks,
*Pardon My Hindi and POP Montreal are throwing a party Saturday July 4th, 2009 at La Sala Rossa. We’ll be playing along with Final Flash. There’ll be old school Bollywood music from DJs Jay Watts III and desipower. We’ll also be showing bollywood films and selling samosas! Hope you can make it

The Seven Seas nominated for Polaris Music Prize!
We’ve been nominated for the Polaris Music Prize. According to the website, “the Polaris Music Prize is Canada’s first juried award for creative artistic achievement in
recorded music.” Basically, this is good news:)

Elephant Stone on Definitely Not The Opera (CBC)
Robbie and I did an acoustic (sitar, acoustic, and tabla machine) version of “The Seven Seas” yesterday for Definitely Not The Opera. It was followed by an interview with Sook-Yin Lee. The whole feature will be airing Sat. June 13th @ 1pm EST.
